Artist Statement
I began working with clay over 10 years ago in Busan, South Korea. After moving back to Edmonds I joined the Sculptor’s Workshop, a local artist co-op, and continued to refine my style and techniques. I now work out of my Diamond Point (Sequim) home studio.
All of my ceramics are hand built (no wheel) and glazed. I enjoy the challenge and creative process of producing functional and visually aesthetic pottery.
My pieces have been displayed at Edmond’s Francis Anderson Center Gallery, and jury selected for the Edmonds Art’s Festival, including the Honorable Mention award, and Bremerton’s Collective Visions Gallery (CVG) Show.
